Usage

Place the pasta in lightly-salted boiling water and cook for 11–13 minutes. Drain and season to taste. The Italian tip: 11 minutes for al dente pasta, 13 minutes for tender pasta. Penne pasta is delicious with just a drizzle of olive oil, some herbs and spices. You can also use it in salads, in gratin or with a meat-based sauce.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
