Bio Kitchen is Clearspring's premium range of organic and biodynamic staple foods in clear glass jars which are naturally sweet and full of flavor. Naturally fermented with just salt and without added vinegar, this sauerkraut is made by a pickling process called lacto-fermentation similar to how traditional gherkins and kimchi are made.

This product is pasteurized to make it suitable for safe ambient storage and consumption.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
