Adonis Valley Lebanese Zaatar Mix is made from Lebanese wild oregano, also known as “Zaatar”, wild sumac, and whole organic sesame grains. The oregano is a special tasty species colonizing Adonis Valley that is collected from the wild in August, along with sumac, then carefully dried and mixed with roasted sesame to form this unique traditional Lebanese blend.
