Fine mature apples are picked from organic orchards of the Lebanese mountain at 1500m altitude. The crushed apples are naturally fermented in clean special conditions, without addition of any synthetic chemicals, then decanted and bottled. This apple vinegar is double fermented and rich in enzymes, fibers, and minerals. It fosters human immunity and helps renewing cells.
